PLANNING PROCESS

1. Make a Wish List

First things first you need to know what you want. Whether it’s cabinets that reach the ceiling, a big kitchen island, or a sink facing the outside window, having your wants and needs written down is the first step in a kitchen remodel. Pinterest is great source for some awesome ideas.

2. Figure Out Your Budget

How much are you able to comfortably set aside to cover all the costs of your renovation?

PC Amount - Projects Cost Amount

Having a PC amount assists us in guiding you on the appropriate product to choose to assist your budget.

3. Hire a Contractor

Contact one of our very talented team members to setup a meeting, either on site or at our offices - (Site Meetings are preferred as the Consultant is able to measure the walls, etc. after the meeting and there is no need to reschedule for an onsite measurement.)

4. Receive your 3D Render

Our Consultant will take all your info to our in-house Designer who will recreate your vison and send you your realistic 3D renders.

5. Revise

You will now have the opportunity to revise your design, add, remove and make changes if and where necessary, you can send these amendments to our Designer who will redesign and quote you.

There may be multiple revisions on the design and quote to fit your budget.

6. Deposits & Order

Once you are completely satisfied with your design and quote, you can pay the deposit. Only after the amount reflects in our bank account will our Analyzing team process the order for the cabinets and tops, if need be the Consultant might schedule a final measurement especially on new buildings or revamped properties - measure twice, cut once.

7. Lead Time & Site Preparation

Our lead time is anywhere from between 3-6 weeks as some products might need longer to be produced than others, and some designs are bigger than others. During this time our Manufacturing team will be cutting and assembling your cupboards.

Please note the following we require from you during this time:

All plumbing and electrical work should be completed prior to installation, even if you’re only replacing worktops.

We don’t do plumbing or electrical work. Please ensure these are done by a qualified electrician or plumber.

For cabinet installation, we require that:

Screeding of the floor is complete

Tiling is finished

Ceilings are installed

Rhinoliting is done

Glass windows are installed

Doors are installed

Plumbing and electrics are working

Walls behind built-in cupboards are painted

Power is available on site

The site is secure.

We can remove existing cupboards and worktops (price extra on prior arrangement and we don’t remove tiles - during removal there is a possibilty of damage to existing tiles and walls, in this event, replacement/repair cost will be for clients account)

We will not accept any liability for damage to our product if installation is arrange and the above mentioned is not done, please contact your Consultant should you rather require a later installation date, this will be subject to availability of the installation teams.

8. Delivery & Installation

Your cabinets will be delivered to site, once this has been delivered, we require the delivery amount to be paid as this is a gesture for work to commence. Once proof of payment has been received the Installation team will begin the installation.

Our installer will be in contact with you to select your handles - this will be charged on the final invoice.

9. Final Sign Off

Once the installation is complete, you will be required to sign a Sign of Sheet and pay the final outstanding amount. We believe you will be very satisfied with our workmanship and quality of our installation, please remember to rate and comment on our Facebook page
